With the exception of my brother-in-law, my family's not Irish, yet for St. Patrick's Day we always eat corned beef and cabbage. My parents love it, but for some strange reason they never seem to eat it more than once a year.

In somewhat related news, my brother got a tatoo of our nephew's name written in Irish (a.k.a. Gaelic). A nice gesture, but I still believe any person getting a tatoo should get this one: 笨.
Is that your tat, B?!

Nah, not mine -- it's my brother's. He got our nephew's name written in Irish.
