I've been listening to the Feynman lectures on physics recently. Interesting stuff, and I'd recommend them to anyone with a passing interest in physics. Recorded in 1961 while he was at the California Institute or Technology, they're the lectures of the Introduction to Physics class he taught that year, and that year only.
Hearing one of the greatest physicists of the 20th century speak is pretty interesting, particularly since I can put them on my mp3 player phone and walk around listening to them.
Here's the website if you're intrigued.
