I finally finished my website on the things folks should know about working at JEL. It has some nice things to say and some critical things, but I think it's most helpful for people who are thinking of working there and want to know what the real deal is.
Sometimes teachers prefer to go with schools where they know what the problems are and can work around them. I know my time at JEL would have been much easier if I had had something like this. Although things didn't work out for me, maybe it can positively affect someone's chances.

One caveat -- it's designed for a 1024x768 resolution, so there might be some difficulties on lower resolutions.
