Getting settled

Today we moved some furniture around and cleaned up the apartment. We have three rooms -- these two plus the bedroom.

Getting the couch into the room it's in now took a lot of ingenuity, and is entirely credited to SY. We had to tilt it on its side, unfold it into a bed, and gently turn it halfway through.

I like the hardwood flooring and trim, though it still needs a lot of cleaning. We'll be hiring a maid ("ayi") to do this, though -- for about $1.50 an hour, that's was something we're both willing to pay to have done.
