The southern Wisconsin countryside is characterized by rolling hills covered with corn fields and dairies. Highways cut through these hills, exposing rock layers in small cliffs.
Well, about a week ago it rained, and freezing weather followed. So instead of the water draining out of the hills along the highways, we got cliff-cicles.
