Pregnancy firsts

This past week, SY had someone offer their seat to her for the first time -- a sign that she's starting to look pregnant to other people.

Up to this point, we were the only ones who could tell. She'd say things like, "my belly is getting big," and I'd say, "yeah, that's because there's a baby in there."

"Look, I can't button these pants anymore," she'd continue. "Right -- that's because you're pregnant." I guess to her it's about the novelty.

We also got our first set of baby clothes from my boss. In the picture, you can see her first maternity shirt, as well.

According to the latest ultrasound, the baby now has a head and legs, which freaks me out. There's a baby in there, I think to myself.

Right. That's because your wife's pregnant.
