A few days ago, SY got another CT scan. The results were better than the previous one, showing further improvement in her condition.
So, today (12/15) SY had her new pacemaker installed. It was a tricky thing, her cardiologist said afterwards, but everything worked out OK.
We expect she'll be coming home in a few days.

It didn't exactly work out that way -- they kept her for monitoring and to facilitate the post-operation treatment. It'll be December 22.
I'm just happy that it's before Christmas.
