T-Wall Tower

From the staging area for our missions, you can see this tall structure in the distance.

It's actually a nine-story tower made entirely of concrete T-walls -- the things we use to shield buildings from rocket attacks.

I have no idea who made it or how long it's been here, but I suppose it's one way to put Tarin Kowt in a tourism guidebook.
