Army currency

As a cheap way of recognizing people's achievements, folks in the Army like to give out coins. In my opinion, they nice, but they don't endow a soldier with promotion points or explain to anyone what it is they did.

But like I said, they're nice. Here's one I got recently for participating in a series of surveys for the Millenium Cohort Study:

I can barely remember what this was about, but I recall doing this one study soon after got our of BOLC III. It asked about possible symptoms that would indicate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and I thought, "Are they serious? I *just* got to my unit!"

I admit I really didn't do much to earn this, but hey -- I'll take it.
