CLC3 Day 6: OPD lunch

Today was fairly relaxed. At 0530 We had our first company PT run, which wasn't to far or too fast. At 0900 we had another leadership class; during lunch a bunch of the captains and a huge group of lieutenants came for a brown-bag officer professional development about how promotion boards work. That was interesting -- from what the speaker (an O-6 colonel) said, there is no rhyme or reason behind below-the-zone promotions, mentors are very important, and being good at what you do is more important than having "the right jobs." In the afternoon we spent some more time on the same simulator as yesterday. Finished at 1500 again.
