From now until I get my Level 1 certification, I'll be doing combatives on Mondays and Wednedsays from 5:30 to 7:30.
Fridays we have company run. I should probably do some other PT throughout the week, but I haven't decided on a schedule for that. Today we covered property accountability in the morning and "positive ethical climate" (also known, conversely, as "toxic leadership") in the afternoon.
We also turned in our Individual Development Plans detailing our goals for the next five years.
