Today we came in early -- 8:00 -- and began our live logistics exercise. Basically, we start out four days before some fictional overseas operation, and run through each day at 3x speed.
The first couple hours were spent getting the software kinks out the system, and it took several hours to figure things out. By the end of the day, though, we had a little bit better idea what was going on.
Of course, in these four "game time days" before the operation starts, we're not using any ammunition, so I don't have anything to worry about. Lots of people were running around all stressed out, but I had a pretty smooth day.
Four day weekend!!!!!
