Army promotions to captain, 2013

The Army came out with its promotion sequence numbers this past week. Though the article doesn't give the order, these are the people who will get promoted to captain at some point in the next year.

Unfortunately, there's a friend's name that is not on the list. The Army will be missing out on a good officer for something that could have happened to anyone.
