Tentative job offer

On Monday the 21st, I received a tentative offer from U.S. Army Japan for the Logistics Management Specialist position I'd interviewed for on October 9th. Since then, I've been filling out forms for human resources.

One of the frustrating things is that there's no single complete list of things I need to fill out. There are the online forms, the emailed forms, and the forms that need to be printed/signed/scanned/returned.

That last group is a pain in the neck because I don't have printing capability at home. (The toner I buy ends up drying out before I can use it up.) And since I've been out of work, I don't have access to an office. As a result, I have to drive to the FedEx print shop every time there's another form that needs to be signed.

I've made four trips this week. For as bureaucratic as the federal government is, you'd think this would have been figured out by now.
