Upgraded to first class! But ....

Getting a seat upgrade is nice, but when it's for a flight that you need to walk onto the tarmac for, then go up the built-in stairs, and even the 5'6" guys gotta duck to fit into, somehow it just doesn't seem so fancy.

Yeah, sharing the lavatory with only 9 other people is better than 50, but that's not exactly a big factor on 90 minute flights.
