Reaaaally gotta go...

Here's an email I got way back on Sunday the 13th:

"All latrines and showers at RLBs will be closed due to waste collection bag replacement.

These showers and latrines will be out of commission until further notice.

Portable Latrines are in the process of being delivered to the RLBs, they will be placed shortly.

Any questions can be directed to the billeting office at xxx-xxxx.

Thank You for your attention in this matter."

Since then, we've never gotten any "further notice."

So I printed the email out and asked my commander a few days ago whether it was OK to take a shower yet.

You should have seen the look on her face.
