CLC3 Day 4: ALA, look ahead

Today started off at 8:20 (you know, ten minutes early). In the morning we did the Army Learning Assessment -- a 50 question, multiple-choice test on how much you know about being a U.S. Army staff officer. There were sections on Leadership, Leadership Essentials, Cultural Awareness, Mission Command, Unified Land Operations, Traning Management, and Operations.

Though the tests were scored, they weren't "for the record." That was good, because the highest score was 64%, the average was 54, and the lowest was 24 (one of the international students). I scored right on the average.

After lunch, we went over the schedule for the first seven weeks of the course, what's called the "Common Core Concept." Class finished at 3:15, with a social mixer from 4 to 5.
