Today I joined the normal PT session for the first time. My class met at the gym at 6:30 and a group of us played basketball. These days my goal is to work on my "explosive" strength, and I think this was a good start.
Class today was an exercise in filling time. Although I was there at 8:30 (I had nowhere better to be), our presentation time was at 11:00. After that we broke for lunch.
Others presented at 1:00, so I filled time watching the news at Burger King until class began at 3:00. We did a short review for our quiz tomorrow morning, then finished at 3:30.
I'm beginning to realize that this second phase is going to be a lot less intense than the first one. I've been thinking that I should do more to make the most of this opportunity, so I plan to start studying Chinese again.
In setting a date for the test, I chose March 12. I figured that will give me the most time to study before I graduate, while not cutting into time I'll need to get ready for my next assignment. Assuming it's Korea, I want to be free to focus on learning Korean as soon as the course is over.
