38th Birthday

Today was my battalion's organizational day, making it -- inadvertently -- the biggest birthday party I've ever had (even though 99%+ didn't know about it). When I told this to a couple of coworkers about it at some point, they insisted on having us over for a little cookout afterwards. That was pretty fun and a lot more personal.

Nice day. I got some ice cream cake and built some friendships -- good stuff.
