Local grocery store
Back when I was an English teacher, I remember wishing I had commissary access -- there are some things you just can't get in Korea. Now that I'm in the military, I can easily buy things like canned, chopped (or minced) clams.
With that said, it's also nice to have 내 고향 마트 ("My Hometown Mart") a ten minute walk down the street. In Korea, fresh mussels are really cheap, and similarly, there are some things you just can't get at the commissary.
