CLC3 Day 82: Command sponsorship

Although we're still doing the LEX, my big news of the day was that my command sponsorship went through. I got the email from Korea in the morning and my amended orders in the afternoon.

It's kind of funny because I just scheduled my own travel yesterday afternoon. I figured it was going to be a while before I'd get the CS notice, and I didn't want to risk getting stuck with a rotten flight schedule because I'd waited too long.

I'll pick up the kids' no-fee official passports and schedule the family's travel tomorrow.

Apart from that, I also picked up the DA 4187 for my Chinese DLPT in March. (Now all I need to do is study.)

Regarding the LEX and the official start of our brigade's "operations," I still haven't had anything to do. At the end of the day, at the Commander's Update Brief (CUB), our systems still showed no change in our ammunition levels.

Tomorrow's the end of the exercise; *maybe* something interesting will happen by then.
