Back in town

It's nice to be back home, and it looks like we picked a good week to miss -- there was lots more flooding in Honolulu. Hawaii has gotten more rain in MArch than in any other since 1972.

It was so bad that even the Kahala Mall was flooded -- and ironically, right in the middle of Ice Age 2 - the Meltdown.


On the positive side, I've never seen Diamond Head look so green. Here's a shot from the airplane. I'll have to remember to take another picture after a dry spell when it's its more normal desert-looking brown.
