The Pinnacle of Platoon Leadership

Picture a full garbage can. As a 2nd Lieutenant/Platoon Leader, there are three ways to deal with it.

1. Bad leadership would be to empty the garbage can yourself.
2. Good leadership would be to find a Soldier and tell him to empty it.
3. The Pinnacle of Leadership, however, is to find your platoon sergeant tell him to have someone empty it.
