Lost and ... uh ... replaced

On our way back from visiting my family last month, I left my son's backpack on one of the planes. Inside was his favorite stuffed rabbit.

That night, he was really upset. He kept crying out for it when he went to bed, and it was impossible not to feel absolutely horrible.

I called the lost and found sections of the airports we went through, and we even drove down to Austin again the following weekend to check on things personally. Unfortunately, there was no word on little 띠뚜's whereabouts.

My mom came to the rescue, though. She called the place where she'd bought it at, gotten the name of the rabbit, and found it on online. It just arrived today.

If you've never seen a perfectly happy little boy, here's what one looks like.

Thanks, Mom.

When we were moving to Texas, 4-year old Jacqui left her precious "Beau-Bear" at the neighbor's house. We had to drive an hour back to pick it up. She still has it to this day... and it used to be my bear.
