The worst song to ever have in your head

I've been watching a lot of Spongebob Squarepants with my son recently (he calls it "Bomjop"). Between the two Nickelodean channels, you can often watch three or four half-hour shows strung together. Neither of us are exactly "target audience" age, but it's great fun (at least for me).
Unfortunately, I end up having dreams about Spongebob. And last night, I had about the worst dream you could possibly have -- the "I wrote this song" song by Patrick Star. They designed it to be the worst song ever, and it has its effects.
