Replacing the windows

Along with the outdated thermostat, we're upgrading our windows. The old ones were colonial style, single pane, and highly inefficient. The new ones don't have the cross grids (not quite as classy), but are energy-credit qualified and, with a 0.21 solar heat gain coefficient, able to resist even to the Texas sun.
