General Waste

I see these things all over Kandahar Airfield, and it makes me angry.

Either the generals are producing so much waste that they need 50 gazillion of their own exclusive garbage bins or there's a four-star general out there with a funny name who likes to write it on everything.

They should be writing "Terrible waste" for all the money spent on special dumpsters.
