"Billa" style apartment

Up in Seoul, I used to work with an English teacher named Bill. I sent him this picture and told him Korea missed him.

Ok, here's the explanation. In Korea, this is what's known as a "villa" style apartment (or, since there's no "V" sound, "billa") -- low rise, vertical style building with no elevator.

The Korean name for this building is "드림빌," a shortened transliteration of "dream villa."

That sort of makes sense. Yet why the owner chose to give it the English "Dream of Bill," that part, I can't figure out.
