Christmas cadence

There's no guarantee I'll be in this same position next year, so I figured this year would be my one and only opportunity to lead my company in a special holiday cadence.

So I directed my first sergeant to have everyone wear their ID tags on Friday as we went on a company run. Here's the cadence I called (to the tune of Jingle Bells):

Chorus:
Jingle tags, jingle tags, jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to fun Camp Carroll today!
Jingle tags, jingle tags, jingle all the way
A little run before the sun starts our half workday!

Go out to the ville, spread some Christmas cheer,
But if you're not 21, don't you buy no beer!
Drinking underage may seem nice and fine,
But that don't jive with what I find in AR 600-85!

Chorus

Chillin' in a club, spot someone who's cute
Ask and get their name, it's looking good for you!
But here's one little tip to help you out a bunch
Protect yourself (if you know what I mean) and ask before you touch!

Chorus

The holidays are near, maybe you're feeling down
If you need to talk, we're still all around
So watch out for your buds, they'll watch out for you
Have a safe weekend, a good holiday, and a Happy New Year too!
