Doesn't anybody read posters?
Here's how the Army does business. I was at the Tripler Hospital ER today, and saw this poster by the check-in window. Clearly, it was meant for a back office somewhere.
But no, somebody told someone to put it somewhere, and instead of the ER having a publicly displayed breastfeeding policy (#1 on the list), they have a poster that tells patients they need to create their own.
And of course, when I brought it up to the triage person, they had no idea what I was talking about, because they never stand in front of the check-in window.
