Cattleman's Steakhouse
I don't think any trip to El Paso would be complete without a dinner (or two) at some sort of steakhouse. So this evening, the day before the conference ends, we went out to dinner all together.
The first thing you notice about the Cattleman's Steakhouse is that it's *out there*.
The second thing is that it's also a tourist attraction. The west part of Texas is often used for desert scenes in movies, and there are movie posters all over. Courage Under Fire and The Day After Tomorrow are two.
The third is that it's also gotten a lot of awards.
And of top of that, it has some pretty good food. Worth the trip.
