- Jun 8. Unaccompanied baggage pick up.
- Jun 13. Picked up school records and kids' yearbook.
- Jun 23. Housing pre-inspection, Military Personnel Division (MPD) out-brief.
- Jun 24. Turned in access badges; last day in the office.
- Jun 27. Started outprocessing. Finished about 80%
- Jun 29. Main Household Goods shipment. Sold car. Cleaned house. Checked into lodging.
- Jun 30. Housing inspection. Ended auto insurance. Cleared self-help.
- Jul 1. Ended cell phone service. Final out with MPD.
- Jul 5. Shuttle to Haneda. Flight to Chicago, then to Frankfurt.
- Jul 6. Arrival.

The transition to Germany
From start to finish, it has taken about five months to get to Germany.
