A tribute to the queen

Of all the tributes I've seen to Queen Elizabeth II, this is the only one that made me tear up.
When I was in Afghanistan, I worked with several Australians who were republicans -- republican in the sense that they thought Australia should leave drop the monarchy and become a republic.

Regardless, they respected Queen Elizabeth, in no small part, I'm sure, because of her dedication to duty.

If the Commonwealth's monarchy is to continue, it will have to continue that.
