In the U.S. these days, you'd pretty much have to special order one.

Oh yeah, I remember how to do that
I'm on a business trip to Bavaria, and the rental car I got is a 2022 Hyundai Kona. *Manual transmission.*
Not a problem, as I was able to draw on my memories of the car I owned *30 years ago*, but it's weird to see a rental car with a manual transmission.
