Charles Jenkins, the U.S. Army soldier who defected to North Korea in 1965, has finished his one month sentence and is now free to live out the rest of his life with his Japanese wife (an abductee) at her home in Japan.
Here's a guy whose story should be in a book. I'd buy it in a heartbeat; there aren't too many first-hand accounts of Americans living in North Korea.
