Being jet lagged has thrown off my sleep schedule, but I think that has helped me wake up at the weird times we're supposed to – like today, we had to wake up at 0300.We got our ACUs (Army Combat Uniform) and ID tags, but not our boots. We also went to the PX today to get whatever else was on our “must have” list. We had a drill sergeant looking over us every second telling us what we could and couldn’t buy, so we didn’t have a chance to get any snacks or anything.
And that was pretty much it for the day. Stand, wait, carry, wait, etc. all the way up to 20:00, and then to bed at 2100.
