Kanagawa turns "red"

After a series of signs that things are getting better, the Delta variant (maybe exacerbated by the Olympics?) spike has resulted in U.S. Army-Japan to declare Kanagawa prefecture a "red" status area. It's kind of weird. I'm vaccinated, so I can travel on public transportation, carry out food from restaurants, and shop at the mall, but I can't eat in the mall.

After months of things gradually improving, it's disappointmenting.
