Unknown tree fruit
This tree was close to the high school on Hainerberg, and I saw some of these ... I don't know, fruit? seed? ... on the sidewalk.
My first thought was that they were some kind of creepy insect -- like, the kind of thing that people in Germany would want to leave the continent about -- but no. Just some weird kind of creepy seed.
