Having the Christmas market right next to your home is dangerous -- waaaaay too easy to overspend.
These salmon fillets look delicious. 
This is "raclette." The way it works is they cut a wheel of cheese, stick half of it in the holder, melt the top with a propane burner, and then scrape the melted cheese onto a piece of bread. Served with a glass of warm wine, it's a real treat.
