Across the street from the Blue Mosque is a market, which I thought was worth a picture, but not worth going inside.

Instead, I continued southwest and then came around Vardanyan's Park. At
its southwestern side is a statue of
Alexander Myasnikyan, an early Bolshevik leader of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic.

I then went northeast through the park, where a lot of families had brought their kids to play in the water fountains.
