Soul foods 2

My second example is the simple cheese quesadilla with salsa.


I had some friends over for dinner a few weeks back and served chicken fajitas. However, since you can't get tortillas at Korean supermarkets, (not a big Latino population out here), my friend brought over some he'd bought on base.

After dinner, he let me keep all the leftover supplies, with which I hastily fashioned a cheese quesadilla. Man oh man, you want to talk about pure culinary goodness, you gotta get one of these. Even without any meat inside, it was a slice of heaven I'll definitely not soon forget.
