Two ways to take this...

I was stuck behind an Athena Express Delivery (アテナ急送 / きゅうそう) truck today. With so many roads that are only two-lanes wide, traffic in this area is frequently backed up. Either:

1. It's a good thing. If the express delivery people are using this route, you're probably going as fast as you reasonably can. Or
   
   
2. It's a bad thing. If this is as fast as the express delivery people can go, you ain't getting nowhere anytime soon.
